How it works

Payment is not taken in the app; you pay at the table or at the counter.
Scan the QR code
Scan the code on your table with your phone camera. The menu opens in your browser. No code? Pick the business yourself in the app or from the list.
Browse the menu
Categories, photos, descriptions and prices on one screen. Choose options and extras on the product; sold-out items are clearly marked.
Place your order
Order to your table or choose pick-up, and add a note if you like. Follow the status live: received, preparing, ready, delivered.
Collect stamps and points
Sign in for loyalty cards. When staff scan your card's QR at the counter, a stamp or points are added.

- Scan straight to your table
- Scan the code inside the app and the right business and table open. The camera is used only for this.

- Sign in to see your past orders. Sign-in is by email and password only.

- The app opens in Turkish and remembers the language you choose. You can delete your account from the app.

- Stamp card
- For example, a free coffee after 10. The business sets the number of stamps and the reward.
- Points
- Points build up with what you spend. The rate depends on the business.
- Levels
- Levels such as bronze, silver and gold unlock as your points grow. The level name is always shown in text too.
- Campaigns
- See the campaigns a business announces under your card. There are no raffles or games of chance.
Staff scan the QR on your card at the counter. The stamp or points are added right then.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account to see the menu and order?
No. Viewing the menu and ordering need no sign-in. You only sign in for loyalty cards and order history.
How does payment work?
There is no online payment in Menuvento. The amount on your order is for information; you pay the business at the table or at the counter.
Can I use it without downloading the app?
Yes. Scan the QR code on your table with your phone camera; the menu opens in the browser and you can order. Loyalty cards live in the app.
What if I do not have a QR code?
In the app, search for the business or find it with the city and district filter and pick it manually. Everything works without a QR.
Do you ask for my location?
No. We do not request location access. Finding a business is done with search and the city or district filter. The camera permission is only for scanning QR codes.
How do I delete my account?
From the Profile section in the app, or on the Delete account page. Details are on the Privacy Policy page.
How does my business get listed?
You create a business account and prepare your menu. New businesses appear in the public list and the QR menu after admin approval.
