Getting started

  1. Create your account

    Sign in to the panel as the business owner with email and password, then add your business profile and opening hours.

  2. Prepare your menu

    Add categories, products, prices, descriptions and photos. Define options and extras, and mark sold-out items with one tap.

  3. Print your table QR codes

    Define your tables, then download and print the PDF with one QR per table.

  4. Approval and going live

    New businesses appear in the public list and the QR menu after admin approval. You can keep preparing your menu before approval.

What you can do

Menu management
Categories, products, options and extras, images and stock status. You can write names and descriptions in Turkish and English; if English is empty, Turkish is shown.
Live order screen
Incoming orders flow through received, preparing and ready columns. Move the status forward with one tap; customers see it live on their own screen. Business roles can reach the same screen from the mobile app too.
Loyalty settings
Stamp goal and reward text, a points rate based on spend, informational campaigns and levels. Staff add stamps or points by scanning the customer's card QR.
Staff
Add staff accounts. Staff use the order and card-scan screens; menu, reports and loyalty rules belong to the owner.
Simple reports
Daily order count and total, best-selling products and loyalty usage. Cancelled orders are left out of the figures.

A platform for everyone

Menuvento is published with a 4+ age rating. For that reason age-restricted products such as alcohol, tobacco, hookah and energy drinks are not offered on the platform, and the panel does not accept those categories. Loyalty is only stamps, points and levels; raffles and games of chance are not allowed.
