KVKK Data Controller Notice

Data controller
The owner of the Menuvento service and the data controller is Hakan Çimen. Contact: destek@menuvento.online. The software is developed by Kodrena Yazılım.
Data processed and purposes
- Account data (name, email, password hash, language): creating and managing your account.
- Order data (items, amount, note, table code, status): delivering and tracking your order.
- Loyalty data (card, stamps, points, level): running the loyalty programme.
- Technical data (IP address, request time, device type): security and troubleshooting.
Legal basis
Under KVKK Art. 5/2 your data is processed where necessary for performing a contract, for compliance with legal obligations, and for the controller's legitimate interests.
Transfers
Your personal data is not sold. Your orders are passed to the relevant business; our hosting provider processes data on our behalf.
Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
- Learn whether your data is processed,
- Request information about the processing,
- Learn whether it is used for its purpose,
- Know the third parties it is transferred to,
- Request correction of incomplete or wrong data,
- Request deletion or destruction,
- Complain to the Personal Data Protection Board.
