Terms of Use

The service

Menuvento is a platform that lets businesses offer a QR menu, table and pick-up ordering, and loyalty cards. The menu, prices and product information belong to the relevant business. An order is between you and the business; Menuvento is not the seller.

Payment

There is no online payment in Menuvento. The amount on the order screen is for information; payment is made to the business at the table or at the counter. A business may have changed its prices; the amount the business charges at the counter applies.

Account

• You do not need an account to view the menu or place an order. For loyalty cards and order history you create an account with email and password.
• You must be at least 16 to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your details correct and your password safe.
• You can delete your account at any time from the app or on the Delete account page.

Rules for customers

• Only place orders you really intend to place; do not place fake or abusive orders.
• Do not write insults, unlawful text or other people's personal data in order notes.
• Do not strain the service with automated tools or try to bypass security.

Rules for businesses

• The business is responsible for keeping its menu, prices, stock and opening hours correct and current.
• Age-restricted products such as alcohol, tobacco, hookah and energy drinks cannot be offered on the platform. Menuvento is published with a 4+ age rating; content that breaks this rule may be removed.
• Do not infringe third-party rights in images and text; upload only content you have the right to use.
• Use customer data only to run orders and the loyalty program.
• New businesses appear in the public list and the QR menu after admin approval. A business that breaks the rules can be suspended.

Loyalty program

• Stamp, points, level and reward rules are set by each business and may be changed. Cards are valid only at the relevant business.
• Stamps and points cannot be converted to cash, transferred or sold.
• Stamps and points are added when staff scan your card's QR at the counter; mistaken entries can be corrected by the business.
• Campaigns are informational. No raffles, gambling or games of chance are run on the platform.

Sample businesses

Businesses shown with the "Örnek işletme / Sample business" label are for presentation and trial. Orders placed with them do not lead to any real preparation or delivery.

Unacceptable use

Use for unlawful purposes, unauthorized access to someone else's account, attempts to disrupt the service and breaches of these terms are prohibited. In such cases we may suspend or close the account.

Intellectual property

The Menuvento name, logo, design and software belong to Menuvento. Menu content uploaded by businesses belongs to the relevant business; the business gives us a limited license to display it on the platform.

Limitation of liability

We provide the service with care but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The quality, preparation, allergen information and pricing of products are the business's responsibility; if you have an allergy, ask the staff before ordering. To the extent permitted by law, Menuvento's liability is limited to direct damages. Your rights under consumer law remain.

Changes and termination

We may update the service and these terms; the new version is published on this page. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. As a consumer, your right to apply to the consumer arbitration committee and courts where you live remains.
