Delete account

You can permanently delete your Menuvento account at any time. This page is for people who cannot use the app or have already removed it.

Delete from the app

  1. Open the Menuvento app and sign in.
  2. Go to the Profile tab.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Enter your password and confirm.

What is deleted and what stays

Deleted: your account (name, email, password), your loyalty cards, your stamps and points, your sessions and, for staff, your link to the business.

Kept: the orders you placed stay in the business's records in anonymized form; the link between those records and your name, notes and account is cut.

If you are a business owner: your business is suspended along with your account and removed from the public list.

This cannot be undone. After deletion you can open a new account with the same email address.

Request by email

If you cannot sign in, write to destek@menuvento.online from your account's email address. We delete the account after verifying your identity.
